  • International Orders: We do not currently ship internationally.

Returns & Refunds

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.

  • Return Conditions:

    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns on:

    • Personal care or hygiene items

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at catstimelesscreations@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item. We’ll replace it or issue a refund as appropriate.
